We’re closing out the summer with a bang. Join us for the 3rd annual SoundBites festival and AwesTRUCK Food Truck Awards, celebrating the very best in music and food, right here at Celebration Square.

We’re kicking it old school on the mainstage. The SoundBites concert lineup will showcase local up-and-comers as part of the InSauga preshow. Crowd favourite Hip Hop Karaoke is back, where closet emcees can hit the stage with Hip Hop Karaoke’s More or Les and Abdominal to show off their lyrical skill, while DJ Ted Dancin’ keeps the records spinning. Headlining the show is hip hop legend DJ Jazzy Jeff on the turntables – this is one show that will make you want to bust a move.

SoundBites features a massive food truck rally that will see more than 25 of your favourite food trucks serving up the very best in street eats, and we’re celebrating delicious curbside cuisine with the AwesTRUCK Food Truck Awards. Five awards will be handed out over the course of the night, recognizing trucks for Best Concept, Best Graphics, Best Menu Item, Best New Truck, and everyone’s favourite, People’s Choice. Vote for your favourite food truck here.

Award winning street artist Will Graham will be onsite throughout the night creating a masterpiece before your eyes in Chalk!

We’re wrapping up the night with fireworks finale – an explosive end to an explosive summer season.

Expressions In Chalk 2016

Will Graham can be seen next performing and creating a masterpiece right before your eyes as a featured artist during the annual Expressions In Chalk festival. Expressions in Chalk is a free performance and open to the public for the Civic long weekend, July 30th, 31st, and August 1st from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Pastels are the medium and works produced are temporary. Awards will be handed out to the artists competing for top honors with such awards as ‘Best in Show” and “People’s Choice”. Tatau

Tatau, the art show and sale comes to the Arts Project next week. The exhibition will showcase original works from prominent tattoo artists in London and surrounding areas. Featuring the work of Will Graham, Aimee Allen, Pete J Vanderheide, Chris Hall, Tiffany Bridges, Heather Autumn, Matt Duke, and Chantel Sturgeon. The Gala Opening Reception will be held on Wednesday August 19th at 6pm. Hope to see you all there!!

Summerfest Chalk Art

Will Graham will once again be bringing his talents to the street at Strathroy's first annual Summerfest!! 
businesses in the downtown area will bring their products to the street and show people everything local stores have to offer.
There is going to be a sidewalk sale, but there is also going to be tons of activities for kids; both Front and Frank Street will be closed, and we are going to have bouncy castle, bubble machines, princesses walking around, and chalk art from Will Graham
The Summerfest will go from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
