Will Graham can be seen next performing and creating a masterpiece right before your eyes as a featured artist during the annual Expressions In Chalk festival. Expressions in Chalk is a free performance and open to the public for the Civic long weekend, July 30th, 31st, and August 1st from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Pastels are the medium and works produced are temporary. Awards will be handed out to the artists competing for top honors with such awards as ‘Best in Show” and “People’s Choice”.
